We were called out to a property where mice had chewed through water pipes, causing leaks under the floorboards. We lifted the boards, protected the pipe with wire wool, and we’re now sorting the multiple entry points in the cellar to stop it happening again.

Protecting pipes from rats is essential because rodents often chew through plumbing materials to access water or create entry points into a property. Damaged pipes can lead to leaks, water damage, and costly repairs, while also creating new pathways for rats to enter. By reinforcing and sealing pipe penetrations with rodent-resistant materials, you help prevent infestations, protect your plumbing system, and maintain the structural integrity of your home or business.
